I like Kenya. Visiting Kenya in May 2008 was my first time in East Africa. My first impression was that it is a nice place. There are problems of course. But the feeling is positive. The landscapes are diverse and beautiful, the food is really good, and the people are nice. I spent about half of May relaxing on the coast reading books and hanging out with my friend Peninah. Then when she finished a scuba instructor course we took off to see a little more of the region. Unfortunately my time was short and I returned to Kenya to fly out in early June. I definitely would like to see Kenya again when I have more time on my hands.
