Malawi was quite nice for the most part. You can read more about it and see a few more pictures here in my journal. I was here in October 2002 with my friends Olli and Brandy. I returned briefly in May/June 2008 with my friend Peninah. Malawians are very friendly people and it's a nice country to visit. However public transportation overloads on baggage and passengers to a ridiculous degree, even on more expensive buses.
