I'm not sure where my interest in payphones comes from. I did have a red box for phreaking back in 1998 and 1999, so that had me interested. It was quite handy to call the Big Island during my first year at university. I've heard that this no longer works, which is quite sad if true. Still it took me a while to start taking pictures of phones. I try to do it more often these days, and below are the results. For more detail on each phone listed below click on the pictures. Sometimes my friends take pictures of phones for me. So far I've gotten pictures from my friends Igor and Mathilde. There is floating around the internet somewhere a list of payphone numbers. I was collecting these numbers for a while, but I never got around to submitting them. Here they are if anyone wants to play with them.
